Azure at Bonita Bay is 94 percent sold with 65 of the 69 tower homes sold. All eight adjacent carriage homes have been sold. The Lutgert Companies began construction of Azure in spring of 2004. The building is scheduled for completion in summer of 2006. The remaining homes in the 25-story high-rise range from 3,761 to 4,240 square feet of living space and are priced from $1.7 to $2.325 million. Azure is the fourth of eight planned high-rises developed by The Lutgert Companies at Bonita Bay. The building will have three residences per floor and will be equipped with an electronic high-rise trash/recycling system and an automated car rinse. The second-story amenity level will include a clubroom, a 10-seat theater/media room, fitness center and locker rooms with steam room and massage facilities, two suites for residents' guests, and the office/home of the resident manager. An outdoor recreation area will include a pool, whirlpool, barbecue grills, and screened cabana with fireplace and bar. The sales center is at the community's entrance on U.S. 41 in Bonita Springs.
