Condominiums - For the 1st quarter of 2005, 276 units were sold with an average price of $416,828 (1,739 sq. ft. living area) and median price of $300,000 (1,657 sq. ft. living area). The 1st quarter of 2004, 183 units were sold for an average price of $293,051 (1,663 sq. ft. living area) and with the median price being $225,000 (1,607 sq. ft. living area). The median price of a condo in Bonita Springs has increased about 33%. In the 4th quarter of 2004 the price increase was about 29%.
